The Stratford of Avon neighborhood was developed in three phases from the early-1990’s to the mid-1990’s.  Each phase originally had a different set of covenants.  After a special vote was conducted in the summer of 2019, a new set of unified covenants were adopted covering the entire neighborhood.  These new covenants were officially recorded on September 27, 2019 with the Hendricks County Recorder’s office.

By-laws for the homeowners’ association are adopted and maintained by the Board of Directors.  They govern the overall organization of the homeowners’ association.

Architectural Guidelines

Architectural Guidelines as of January 19, 2021 have been adopted by the Architectural Committee and accepted by the Board of Directors.  It is very important that you submit all structural changes to the architectural committee for review and approval BEFORE beginning any project.
